Good morning!! Well I'm on the volleyball team again this year. Today we have our first scrimmage! I'm soo excited!
Well we have had lots of practices already. But here today is the first start of the official season!! We got to pick our jerseys out last week. I got my number I wanted!! Which is 30 :). I'm also excited cause this morning I got to sleep in!! Whoot!!!:)
I honestly love volleyball so much! Even though we might loose some games. Even though we have to run and workout a lot. Even though it might get hard, I still live it so much! The girls on the team just add more love to it! They are great!
Well I guess it is time to get out of bed.. Wish me luck today!

Changes in Life...
Hello! Sorry I have not been writing/ posting in awhile. I was just taking a summer off for a bit. So right now I'm on my way home from Akron. My mom and I took my sister to college. Now I'm the only childin the house. It's going to take a lot of time to get used too. I'm soo used to having my big sister right next door to talk too. But now she's just on the other side of the phone. Life is going by so fast! It feels like just yesterday I was in the fifth grade and my sister was going into high school... It's crazy.
Now that she out of the house for awhile I'm moving into her room. Today when we went shopping in Akron, I got a light pink, dark pink, and a light brown bed spread and some sheets. I got these pink and brown dots to put on the walls too. I'm excited for that too. I feel like on the movies when the big brother/ sister moves to college andthe little sister/ brother takes over lol!! That's pretty much what I'm doing! :)
I will have to post some pics when the room is all done!!
So I start school in about a little over a week. I'm going into the 8th grade. I'm nervous for that... Plus I don't have my bestfriend in any of my classes:/ I will post about how that is going.

Wednesday and a Birthday and OAA
Today was really funny!! It was so funny and fun!!
Like science really is my favorite class. I love mr. isco!! Hes great!! haha! So today at the end of science i let Kelsey wear my sweatshirt. So i had to go to the hall at the end of 7th period so that i could get it back from Kelsey. Then i ran out there and came back to the classroom. I was like "Bam Mr. Isco im back and i got it" - cause i told him i had to go get it- then he was like "bam!" back to me and then he said, "bam bam firepower!" It was soo great! I was cracking up so hard!!! I never thought that i would hear him say that!! haha! Some other funny things happened but i cant really post long today cause i have to do the dishes!
So today was the OAA reading test. We got two and a half hours to take it. I took two hours. I was happy too cause mr. isco said that we were aloud to chew gum!! It was like easy really!
But before i go i want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my step mom, crystal!!! Hope she had a great birthday and a great night because right now she is at a lady gaga concert!! LUCKY!!!!

Back to school Tuesday
Today was a great day. We did pretty much nothing today besides a little bit. Tomorrow and Friday I have these big test. They are called OAA. So we were just reviewing for it today. Cause tomorrow is our language arts test. Then Friday I have the math one.
But for the OAAs I have mr isco. He is my science teacher. I love him though. I would have to say that he is my favorite teacher. I'm always joking with Jim... Ahh it's great. Haha. So today was very funny! I dont know know that I can name everything haha. So in health these girls were putting on lip gloss and so my teacher told them to put it away. Then this kid named Terrance, started singing " my lip gloss is cool, my lip gloss is popping" and he went on! Haha! It was great.
But science is my favorite subject. It's at the end of the end and it just makes my day pretty much every day. So today in science... We were talking about mammals and my teacher asked something about like a hot place so I said a desert. Then she said a cold place then Sarah just popped her head up and yelled DESERT!! It was soo funny!! She thought that it was the same answer and said it! It was soo funny! Me and mr isco were cracking up!!
Well today I think there werewolf blonde moments but I can't remember. Well my step mom and I are about to go for a bike ride on the trail. Oh yeah I hope you had a great Easter cause I know I did! Have a good day!!

Easter Break Day One
So happy that it is easter break. We have a four day weekend for break!! I did not post yesterday because i was busy. Like right after school Kelsey came over and spent the night. Which that was VERY fun!!
I would write about Thursday (yesterday) but i kinda for get what happened!! haha
With Kelsey we did a lot i would have to say. Like yesterday we went for a walk. The weather was not all that bad. It was nice in the sun but then the breeze was cold! But then we played some basketball. Then we had some root beer floats! I love those! But before we went to bed we watch just a bit of a movie ...which i dont know how to spell it haha!! But then this morning we had some eggs and some fruit salad. Which i made the fruit salad the other day!!
So we decided to finish the movie which was really good. BUT then, well my mom had cupcakes already made but we had to make to frosting... so we did. Like we put it all together but i didnt look right., Were like oh gosh...what if we did it wrong !! haha!! So it was mixing and mixing then BAM it was some chocolate frosting!! And it was pretty good!! But then i went to put it on the cupcakes and the cupcakes would stick to the frosting. So one was all jacked up! Of course just our luck!! So like if you want on then you have to get the frosting and just put it on yourself. So word of advice.... Right when you make cupcakes just make to frosting to and put it on! Please it would just save some time. So pretty much that was one of the blonde moments that we had. OH and i did say just one! There was a lot of blonde moments that i could go on forever about them!
Well if i have some time tomorrow i will post. (Which im going to try and make time)

Wednesday :)
Well today has been great so far! Knock on wood though!
First Kelsey is back so that is good!! :)
Well in math today i guess it was ok. But i have homework. Which should not take my so long. But there is this kid named Kevin. He is great!! He is always blurting things out and a whole bunch more!! haha
In social studies my teacher, Mrs. Notter, well she reads us this book everyday so when she was reading it today, she made chocolate chip cookies! They were really good! She made them because she said we have been doing great so we got a treat! Fine by us!! But what i love is that how i was absent for four days and other people that were there at school and they have missing assignments but i don't ! Again.. Fine by me!
In language arts today. my teacher is still out. Which she has been out for a long time cause of her husband is not doing so good at the moment. But we had this sub... ill be nice and not say any names... but she always tells us her life story. Like right now i could put a time line together of her! But like the other day we got some of her college story's. And today we got how she first got a computer in 2002. Oh that's nice!
She just goes on forever....and ....ever!!
So for lunch, they did it all weird because there has been a lot of fights this week so the teachers are" trying" to watch the kids.So we had to go right to our 5 periods before lunch which we are suppose to go to lunch then there. And we had to go to lunch in a "single" file line with our teacher. Then some classes had to eat in their 5 period class. But since im in computers at that time, we could not eat in the room so we ate in the lunch room. But starting next week we have like assigned tables and stuff. I dont even know!!
But in health we really did like nothing.
Science was great!! I love my friend Sarah!!! So we were making this face. Which is you curl your lip on your gums... which it is hard to say through typing but then we made this really weird wave and he would do it towards our science teacher Mr. Isco and he would laugh hard!! Haha!! It was great!! Science is my favorite class!! :) Gotta Love ittt!!!!
Well my sisters 18 birthday party is soon and my mom wants me to do my math homework! :(

Monday and Tuesday
So i am going to have to tell you about yesterday and today at school because i didnt post yesterday.( as you might see).
Well i forget a lot that happened yesterday so im just going to give you a over all look. Well first the day/ sad news.... Kelsey was not at school yesterday or today because her grandpa and my uncle passed away the other day. So it has been hard for kelsey so she has missed a coulple of school days.
But besides that i was happy because i didn't have a lot of school work to make up cause i was absent like all last week besides Monday. But i thought that i was going to have a lot! I really lot that i was going to have a lot from my social studies teacher, Mrs notter cause she is the type of teacher that is all about note taking, points and things like that. But all i really had was some notes and two worksheets that i had to read, oh and a project. Which is just a small one. But so i went to her room at my lunch so i could get all that "fun" stuff. So i just start to work and im starting to eat and all. Then Mrs notter is like oh Ashley you can go to lunch and do that for homework, if you would like. So i was like sure, why not. Then im walking out and she is walking behind me, like with all her stuff and she is locking the door. So pretty much.... she wanted me to leave so that she could leave. Oh thanks Mrs. Notter!! haha. But i did not have a a blonde moment really.
And today was good i guess. Math was VERY boring cause Kelsey was missing again :(
But in social studies i had to make up a test that i missed on Friday and it was so hard. Cause i didn't know anything so i guess that will be my first F+ in her class. I guess i will see tomorrow.
Health we had a test but it was very easy because he gave us a study guide yesterday, and during the test we were allowed to have them out and use them!! So i think that i can predict what grade i got on that test :)
Well my homework that i had was to finish reading this book called Stuck in Neutral. I liked it a lot! I would recommend it to you. It was very interesting . My favorite book was Black Beauty but now i think that Stuck in Neutral topped it! I loved it!!
Then i had to do that project for Mrs. Notter cause that is due tomorrow.
But before that i went to my Uncle Jim's funeral. It was sad. But i saw Kelsey there. Also Uncle Jim will be missed!! <3
Well tomorrow is my sisters birthday and i have to get up early so i guess i better get going to get to bed very soon, so that i can wake up in the morning right?!
I will try hard to write tomorrow but we are having my sisters party so i don't know but i will try!

This Week And Being Sick
I really hate being sick! You think that a kid like me would love to be sick so i can stay home from school, well im not that kid! Cause now when i go to school, i going to SO MUCH work to catch up on! :(
I have been sick since Tuesday! And now im just getting better. My throat hurt super bad, my stomach hurt really bad, and i had a low fever. But today my stomach is the thing that is hurting the most. But it only hurts off and on. So i really hope that through out the day i get totally healed!! So pretty much what i am saying is being sick is NOT fun!!
But i did go to school on monday, so sorry that i did not post anything about monday. Well yesterday there was something that i remembered from monday that i was going to post but now i forget! So if i happen to remember it then i will come back on and post it.
Well as you might know, my dad owns a campground and its opening tomorrow. This year went by very fast!

Blonde moment from Friday
Good morning!! Sorry that i did not get to write a lot yesterday! I went to y and when i got back i was realy tired. So now im just going to tell you what my blonde moment was.
So i was in math and i thought that i had dropped my pencil so i looked down and didnt see. But then when i was coming up from looking down, i saw that it was onn my shoulder!! So i was looking for it and look where it ends up... on my blonde shoulder!
Well i guess i better get going! So i will write later about my day today even tho there is no school!! YAY!!

T.G.I.F
I was so happy that it is friday!! I cant wait to just rest! Also today went by really fast!!
So in math today we had another little surpise test! I think i did good but knock on wood!
Im working on getting my math grade up! Cause on my report card, i got a B+, whcich that was my only
B+! So i am getting there to a A+!
In social studies to day we also had a test!! But i really bet that i failed that one!! i had to lable a lot
of countrys, rivers/ bodies of water! and stuff like like.
in science we are getting ready to cut somem frogs!!! :) Oh what fun!!!
Well today i got to go early cause im going to the y! so later i will post my blonde moment!! :)

Thursday / Report Cards
Today was a good day i guess. It went by really quick!
So in math, we had a little surprise quiz today! Which i really dont think what is going on in there is fair to us students! Because i guess my class is really far behind for the big test. Which they are called The OAA. But anyways, my teacher will teach us something new then give us a worksheet then the next day we are learning something new. It is something new each day!! So today we just did like a two minute review on something that i kinda already knew but then we had a test on the stuff we have "learned" the past like week or whatever. So i hope that grade is not that bad!
Well for social studies i have to write two thank you letters, to the ladies that came in on tuesday and yesterday(wednesday). Those two ladies came in and talked about the leadership thing that i have to do. Im wanting to type it but it is a card so i cant! But my letter is due tomorrow so i will have to print it after posting!
So in 4th period, which was language arts. In there my teacher was not there today, so we had a sub. It was soo boring!!! What we did was read in this book called buckle down, and we had the sub read and then we would talk about it. Well we didnt even get close to the whole assignment she had planned. The assignment was, to read and talk about pages 196-114. And ... we
only got to page 101! So thats good!
Also in health we did like nothing too!!! I got my test back that i took the other day in science and i got a B+!!!! Pretty good! :)
So my blonde moment today was that it was super super foggy outside. So it almost looked like snow but it didnt if you got closer to the window. So in the end of 4th period kelsey and i thought we saw snow on the ground!! Also there were just like a couple of kids in the room so they heard us. We were like OH MY GOSH!! Is that snow on the ground???!!! Then we got right next to the window and we saw just plain, green grass! Oh us blondes!!

Dear Mrs. Notter,
I would like to volunteer at the Ashtabula Library, which that would be my first choice. My second choice would be the APL. My third choice would be a nursing home.
I would like to volunteer at the Ashtabula Library because I like to read books so I know a bit about them. Plus maybe there I could read a book to kids because I love kids!
My second choice, which is volunteering at the APL, I would like to do that because I also love animals! I love a couple of cats and dogs so I have some experience with them.
My third choice, which is a nursing home, I would like to volunteer there because I love to visit with people. I would love to also help the elderly very much, in any way I can!

Wednesday/ Having homework :(
Today was good at first till seventh period!! But other than that period it was pretty good.Because my teachers in seventh were getting on my nervous!!
So today in second period which is math, well i was walking down the hall to Mrs. Campbells room, and Kelsey told me to turn around cause we have to go to the computer lab. I guess in there it smelt really bad!! And they dont why!
Sooo about that volunteering thing well im now like for sure thinking about volunteering at the library. It should be fun i guess. Like i think that i would like put books away and things like that. But in the letter i have to write to Mrs. Notter, three options that i have in mind. Which are....
In health today we finished our posters that we did yesterday, which my group was already done so we just sat there and talked. But then House of the more came over and put a big piece of tape into Kelseys hair!!! I was trying to get it out but she would move a lot so then she was like screaming cause it was hurting lol!! Oh poor Kelsey!!
So my blonde moment to place in math today. So i helped Kelsey and then she got it right cause we were in the computer lab so the computer told her right away that her answer was right so then after it said it was right she rose her hand BUT i thought that she was going to give me a high five so i did. But then she was like, " I wasnt going to give you a high five.... i was trying to get Mrs. Campbell....." I was like OH! my bad!! Haha!!
So i love how i never really get homework but when i do i have plans. Like all this week i didnt have any homework but im a bit im going over to my grandmas so NOW i have homework. Which my homework is i have to finish my social studies questions and color my pictures and i guess i should do my letter. Then im health i have to finish my worksheet on the health triangle.
Well i guess i better go fold me laundry and do that homework.

Tuesday / Leadership
Today was a pretty good day! But i just cant wait for the weather to get better! Better yet i just cant wait for school to get out so it can be summer time!!
Well my social studies teacher, Mrs. Notter. She wants me to do this leadership thing. It is where i have to volunteer at a non-profit organization. Like i can volunteer at the APL, Library, and places like that. I have to be there like two hours for one day. I dont know how many days i have to, i will have to look at the papers she gave me. While i am doing it i have to take picutures of me doing it and make a poster. After each day that i go, i have to keep a journal on what i did that day.
Oh, and i have to write a letter to her saying three places that i would want to go to and volunteer. But i onloy pick one. I cant really pick on which one i want to do. Either the APL or the Library. The letter is due Friday. I dont really feel like doing it today so i will work on it tomorrow i guess.
In math today we went over angles. Which i already learned about them like a lot of years ago. But then we started going into something a just bit harder with angles, but it was still pretty easy.
My blonde moment today was that in health we were making posters and i had a blue crayon in my hand and then something happen that i cant really remember but then i ended up coloring on my pants! So now i have a nice pretty blue line on my pants! Just wonderful :) But at least it was towards the end of the day.
In science we are learning about animals and stuff. And today we started to learn about fish. We were assigned a part in the book then we got together with our group and got filled in, on the other topics under fish. Then towards the end of the class period we took a test on it. We didnt get to study a day in advanced or anything, Mr. Isco just told us that day. So we took the test and i was SURE that i would get a F+! So i took it and turned it in. Then my friend Sarah which i call her House Of The More cause of her last name. Well Sarah and i walked up to my other science teacher Mrs. Versaw, and asked what we got but she didnt grade ours yet, so she told us to sit down and she will tell us when she grades ours. So then the bell rang so house of the more and i went to her desk to ask and i got a ..........A+!!!! :) 100%!! i was surspised! House of the more was surspised about her grade too cause she got a A+ too. She got a 90%!! We were pretty happy :)
Well i guess that i will go watch some tv with my dad! :)

Monday
Today was monday! I was not happy to go back to school. We just got done with spring break! Which that was so nice! My family and I went to Florida. So i was not so happy to see our good old school again! :(
But today at school we started a new nine weeks. Which it is the last nine weeks! So that means we only have nine weeks of school left!! The count down is on!
We should be getting our report cards for the last nine weeks, back soon! I am excited to see what i got! So far this year has been going good with grades( knock on wood)!
Today, because its a new nine weeks, we got a new class just for the nine weeks. Which mine is Health. That teacher seems pretty cool. His mane is Mr. Laveck. ( If i even spelled his name right! ) haha! But today we really did nothing in there.
But i already had....
